We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.


Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at sales@evwheeldirect.com with details and photos of the defect. We will review your request and may reach out for further information.
Once reviewed, we will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe if you qualify for a refund or replacement. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement product.
